7 Day Returns Policy
Faulty Goods
If your purchase is delivered to you damaged or faulty, you may return it to Showhouse Furniture Ltd within 7 days of the date of delivery and we will offer you a full refund or replace the faulty goods. In this instance, Showhouse Furniture will be responsble for delivery costs to replace or collect your item.
You should inform us of any faults that you have found with the item within 24 hours of delivery and you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault(s) before we re-deliver a new item or arrange for collection of the faulty goods.
Please note that items should be checked for faults or damage when signed for from the delivery driver and if the packaging is damaged this should be noted on the drivers paperwork plus you should inform us immediately. If the packaging is very badly damaged, you should check that your items are in an acceptible condition before signing for the delivery. If they are found to be damaged, please do not sign for the delivery and return your items to us. We will then re-arrange for a new delivery to be made to you. We are not responsible for damage caused once delivery has been taken.
A replacement or full refund will be given within 30 days, including any postage cost incured, should your item be deemed faulty or damaged in any way and the faults reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
If you do not like the item that you have purchased, we will offer you a 7 day Money Back Guarantee but please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Please inform us in writing or by email of your intention and contact your local courier to arrange collection. Items must be returned to us in a new / unused condition. A full refund of the cost of the goods will only be made once we have taken delivery of the item and its condition has been approved.
