Purchases
- To make a purchase online, please follow the instructions on the screen. Your payment will be taken securely through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted as well as the possibility of making payment from your Paypal account if you have one.
- You will receive confirmation of your order via email.
Delivery
- Stock items are dispatched within 7 working days of your order at the latest. We endeavour to deliver items to the customer within 7 working days wherever possible. Delivery to UK addresses is 2 working days from despatch, to Scotland and Ireland will be 3 working days.
- Once you have received confirmation of your order, a member of the sales team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
- Should your item be out of stock a member of the team will contact you to inform you of this with an estimated arrival date. Should this be more than 7 working days, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
- We can offer you the choice of any delivery day Monday to Friday and an AM or PM request (although this is not a guarantee.) We also request that the courier calls a designated number 1 hour prior to delivery.
- There is a one-off delivery charge on all orders of £20 to UK postcodes, £30 to Scotland and £65 to Ireland .
Collections
- All items can be collected from our warehouse in Newmarket, Suffolk - Monday to Friday. Weekend collections only by prior arrangement.
